(声明：鉴于过去的一个多星期了收到了很多询问此房的电子邮件，很多人误以为我是中介。我不是！我是在这里帮房东的一个忙同时也帮自己的一个忙。所以请不要再问我是不是还有房子，我没有什么房子!)
以下是关于这个双人房间的详细情况和介绍. 相信能够解决你心中所有的疑问,所不能解决的就是你亲自来看的问题. 所以请不要写信再问我一些这里已经解释了的问题J最近比较忙啊!如果要问, 请打电话07743596725 李子. 房东的电话号码如果你真的觉得感兴趣,一切合适的话我会提供(相信你们能理解).
地理位置: 21 Harewood Avenue NW1 6LE( 有地图的人可以直接查出位置). 伦敦一区, 很中心的位置, 相对高级的住宅区.虽然处在闹市区,但是非常安静. 15分钟步行到oxford street, 1分钟步行到marlybone tube station, 3min’步行到bake street tube station, 5min’步行到丽晶公园(regent’s park).5min’ 步行道tesco and 2min’ to markers and spencer super market! 公寓对面是法国著名的BNP银行, 隔壁是LBS( London business school). 一大堆的Bus,其中 139 直接去LSE, UCL, KING’S, WESTMINSTER大学(20分钟).
房间介绍: 宽敞双人间,可以两个人住. 房间内的设施包括双人床,两个床头柜, 台灯, 书桌,衣柜,地毯,穿衣镜.
公寓介绍: 这是一个三居室. 三个卧室. 房东一间,我一间,另外一间是要出租的那间. 洗浴分开(一个卫生间,一个浴室). 客厅,厨房,饭厅, 还有一个小的后花园(可以做BARBECUE).
可用得公共区域及设施包括: 客厅, 厨房,饭厅,后花园, 当然还有洗浴室. 洗衣机, 微波炉, 电烤箱, 燃气灶, 烘干机,冰箱(因为房东住在这里,所以该有的都有).
具体费用: 一个人住160胖子/PW, 两个人是180胖子/PW. 包括帐单.(主要是电,气和热水)!
房子可搬入日期: 2004.9.1(但是现在已经有很多人看,所以要的话要赶快).
缺点: 这个公寓是一个SEMI-GROUND. 所以对此有忌讳的人就不要麻烦再去想了. 但是诚实的说,这里真的是很不错,从来不觉得潮,很干燥通风. 这可能要给归功于英国人建筑上的先见之明吧!哦,另外很多人关心的宽带上网问题,这里没有. 但是我想如果你来了,我们可以一起申请一个. 费用是每月20胖子(没有时间限制). 所以一个人也就是10胖子.
我的和房东的一些情况: 我今年9月LSE读硕士ORGANIZATIONAL AND SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY. 去年在这里学习了一年的语言,包括旅游. 所以已经在这里住9个月. 房东是英国人. 男的是律师,女的主要是家庭主妇.每周末基本他们都会回乡间的的大house,所以周末基本也就是我和你. 他们非常非常地和蔼, 善意近人而且帮助了我许多. 所以你不仅可以练习口语还可以有机会深入了解英国人的生活,文化及他们的生活方式. 总之我是受益非易非浅阿!!!!!!!!!我是他们的第一个租客, 没想到会处的这样好. 所以房东想着让我帮忙在找一个中国租客,对中国人印象奇好啊! 我个人希望能过找一个LSE或LBS的postgraduate studentJ!说实话,这个房间及其适合LBS的学生,因为只有两分钟的足部路程.但对于我自身来言,我还是希望能找个LSE的.
最后说一句,如果有女生不介意合租的话,我想我们两个可以把那个大的双人间拿下SHARING. 这样又省钱,还能有个伴.
